Our Mission
Before we pivoted to leadership development and executive coaching, SkillTrain was born out of a deeply personal conviction: that quality skills training should not be a privilege of the few. Every young person — regardless of their economic background, geography, or educational level — deserves access to practical, employable skills.
That conviction hasn't changed. Even as we now serve Fortune 500 boardrooms, we continue to run our social impact programmes as an active CSR commitment — not a marketing exercise.
We believe that people development is a universal right — and that bridges the work we do for global organizations with the work we do for school dropouts in Rajasthan. It's all the same mission.
