We are a technology-enabled vocational training organization. We provide vocational training on a blended learning format on skills like mobile repairing, electronics repairing, computer hardware repairing, electrical repairing, plumbing & masonry to rural school dropouts and urban youth enabling them to become self-employed or employable.

We use a blended learning model to achieve these objectives. We have developed video content on 13 skills in Hindi language and offer these videos free of cost to interested learners on their mobile phones as well as through online channels. We then follow it up with on-the-field practical training, enabling learners to get hands-on training on the chosen skill. Eventually, evaluation, certification and employment support is provided to the successful learners.

Currently our Hindi videos are available on www.youtube.com/skilltrainindia as well as on this site. As of April 2017, we have more than 103,000 subscribers on our Youtube channel and have more than 12.2 million views till date. Nearly 85% of our online student base is from India and the rest from other countries including Pakistan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates etc. We currently offer practical training support in 3 locations across India including Jabalpur and Indore in Madhya Pradesh and Thane in Maharashtra. We have trained and enabled livelihood for more than 1,000 students across these locations over the last two years. We plan to scale up practical training support to 5 new geographies in the next 2 years.

Looking at requests for our videos from other parts of the world, we have also launched our videos in English language at www.youtube.com/skilltrainglobal. We plan to use these videos to scale up our skill development offerings to learners all across the globe.

Apart from these, we also support other vocational training institutions by offering our video content on a licensing basis as well as developing video content for them.
